What time, temp and pressure should I use?
10 seconds at 290 degrees on cotton. Garments susceptible to dye migration can be applied at 260 degrees. Pressure should be medoim to high.
My transfers are not peeling cleanly.
A good heat press with even heating is very important for a clean peel. If you have a cheap press it is likely hot in the center and cooler out toward the edges meaning the design will not transfer cleanly. Paper transfers need a few seconds to cool. We typically wait 15 seconds after the item is removed from the heat press. You can wait to peel as long as you want after 15 seconds, there is no downside to leaving them on longer.
Whats the difference between film and paper?
Hot peel film is great for clean peels and fast production. It is also ideal for items that you dont want to expose to heat for too long, like coolers or windbreakers.
Cool peel paper leaves a softer hand feel and a matte finish. These can be a little trickier to peel so make sure you have a good, high-quality press.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 3pm EST will typically ship same day. Otherwise, we ship the following day.
Can i use an iron?
Its possible to get a good result with an iron but we wouldn't recommend it. Buy a few extra to test.
